How to See Your Doctor
If you need to see your Doctor, for any reason, you can call your doctor’s office at the phone number listed on your CareMore Cal MediConnect Plan membership card. You can also call us at 1-888-350-3447 (TTY/TDD: 711) Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. PST for help getting an appointment. We are here to help you get the care you need when you need it.
Getting Care in a Disaster
If the Governor of your state, the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, or the President of the United States declares a state of disaster or emergency in your geographic area, you are still entitled to care from CareMore Cal MediConnect Plan.
During a declared disaster, we will allow you to get care from out-of-network providers at no cost to you. If you cannot use a network pharmacy during a declared disaster, you will be able to fill your prescription drugs at an out-of-network pharmacy. Please see Chapter 5 in your Member Handbook for more information.
